Wading-kit for gearbox ventilation, VW Bus T5 - T6

With this lift conversion kit, you minimise the risk of water entering the gearbox and differential of your VW Bus T5/T6 when driving through water.

The differential gear and the manual gearbox are partially filled with gear oil, while the rest of the cavity is opened by vent holes to compensate for temperature fluctuations.

When you drive through a cold ford with a warm gearbox, the housing cools down quickly and creates a vacuum that can suck in dirty water through the gearbox vent.

With our raising kit, the transmission and differential breather lines are extended into the engine compartment. This significantly reduces the risk of gearbox damage.
