Wiring loom for lamps with relay-switch, fits for Land Rover Defender:
One big problem of the Defender is the headlight illumination. The light switch is not protected from high current and overload. The reason is that the whole current is conducted via the light switch and the result is that less power achieves the lamps. With this plug- and play wiring loom the switch current is conducted to the headlights via a relay which will release the light switch and will also increase the voltage of the lamps because of the enlarged section.
The headlights are fitted with ceramic connectors. These are thermally more resistant than the plastic connectors. The installation of the wiring kit is quite easy, the wiring loom is completely configurated and provided with connectors. You only have to adapt the power steering strap as well as the earth strap.
