Vehicles equipped with the optionally available Active Brake Assist and Active Distance Assist (DISTRONIC PLUS) as accessories have a system sensor in the bumper. Depending on the size of the additional headlamps, error messages may occur.
However, in the case of the brackets already installed in our vehicles, there has never been any impairment of the range of functions; installation is nevertheless at the driver's own risk.
