Reinforced gas struts, 800NM for pop up roof "Big Joe" (pair)

Do you still want to load additional weight onto the "Big Joe" lifting roof?
No problem, here is the 800NM version of the gas struts.
The lifting force is increased by approx. 50 kg.

Thanks to our quick-change system, the lifting dampers can be changed within minutes.

We always offer these dampers as an additional product.

The advantage:
You don't always drive with a full roof load. If you always have the reinforced dampers fitted, you can hardly close the unladen roof.

That is why our version offers the optimum flexibility.

For journeys with little or no roof load, the standard gas springs remain fitted. If, on the other hand, you are going on a long tour and have to stow a lot of extra weight on the roof, the lifters can be replaced with this reinforced version.

ATTENTION!
Please note that our reinforced struts have a significantly higher pressure! This means that when using them, a corresponding additional roof load must also be present in order to prevent damage to the strut mounts and the lifting roof mechanism. If struts are used with too high a pressure force without adjusting the weight on the roof, this could lead to damage!
