Unlike many conventional hard shell roof top tents, the ORYX "Elephant" is built entirely from aluminium. The durable construction withstands the rigours of long-distance travel, off-road adventures, and demanding expedition use. At the same time, its low-profile design with a closed height of just 17 cm ensures a clean appearance and reduced wind noise while driving.

Ready in Seconds
After a long day on the road, convenience matters. Thanks to its patented gas strut-assisted opening system, simply release the four latches and lift the shell slightly. The aluminium hard shell roof top tent unfolds almost automatically and is ready for use within seconds.

A practical advantage: bedding can remain inside the tent while travelling, allowing your sleeping space to be ready whenever you need it.

Built for Travel and Adventure
The premium tent fabric is made from coated 420D cotton-polyester blend material. It is waterproof, breathable, and UV-resistant, making it ideal for extended outdoor use.

Large windows and openings provide excellent ventilation and create an open, spacious feel inside the tent. All openings are fitted with mosquito screens and can be completely closed when required.

Access is conveniently provided via the long side of the tent. An integrated awning offers protection from wind and light rain while entering or exiting.

A comfortable mattress with a sleeping area of 205 x 132 cm ensures a restful night's sleep. The mattress cover can be easily removed and cleaned thanks to its zipper closure.

Additional Cargo Capacity
One of the standout features of the ORYX aluminium hard shell roof top tent is its integrated C-rail system on the roof shell. This allows additional roof loads of up to 50 kg to be carried directly on top of the tent.
